The BIPOC Parks Ambassadors program is a BIPOC led initiative with Saint Paul Parks and Recreation. We do environmental and outdoor programming year round for/with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. 95% of our programming is offered at no cost, thanks to Saint Paul City Council, Capitol Region Watershed District, and Mississippi Park Connection.
